This new creative park is located in Chengdu Tianfu New City and is part of the urban design of Chengdu Xinglong Lake Science City. The project is located on the south bank of Xinglong Lake. Its functions include the maker center and training center, the China Communications Group’s own office and rental office building, and the ecological cloud island exhibition hall and residential land. There is a space in the ecological cloud island that can provide art and product exhibition halls. The four office towers in the venue have different heights. Together they outline the skyline of the southern shore of Xinglong Lake, so that people living here can see the scenery of the Xinglong Lake in front of the block. In the design of the office building, we used the central setting of the patio to achieve the interaction between the office floors, and set up the sky garden. In the high-rise hall on the ground floor, we designed a hanging conference hall to create a vibrant office space.
