SANY is the world's largest manufacturer of excavators. It has a base area of 143 hectares and a 30-minute drive from the city center.

Ziling Kindergarten

Ziling Kindergarten Changxing Park is located in Changxing, Zhejiang. The project aims to create a high-quality international standard teaching environment and meet diverse learning spaces.

OCT Xi Ocean Center

The OCT Coast Project is located in Haikou, Hainan, the first floor and the second floor are equipped with a sales area of 17,500 square meters.

Floating City

This is the most influential floating water city project in the Dawan District of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau.

Linkong Culture Center

The project is located in the south of Wuhan Tianhe Airport.We attach great importance to the fifth facade of the roof.

AEA International School

AEA International School is located in Shekou, Shenzhen, with factories and sports towns on the edge of several interesting renovation projects. We were commissioned to transform a concrete structure factory into a 13,000 square meter international school.

Twis International School

TWIS International School has total construction area of 120,000 square meters. It includes ordinary classrooms, multi-functional classrooms, professional classrooms, libraries, administrative districts, auditoriums and sports fields.

Skyland Lab

A one-of-a-kind parent-child education technology experience activity center with the theme of “Creator Education”, which integrates technology, culture, education, competition, parent-child experience, student growth and many more.

Donghua International Kindergarten

Donghua International Kindergarten is located in the Songshan Lake District of Dongguan, with a building area of 10,500 square meters. It is a campus space of 18 classes for children aged 4-6.

Guangya Experimental School

Xiguan Guangya Experimental School is located in Liwan District, Guangzhou. The school covers an area of 12,000 square meters, with a construction area of 10,000 square meters.

Yuangyang Regeneration

Wuhan Yangyuan is the northern gate of Wuchang. We hope to create a new poplar garden belonging to the regeneration of Wuchang, increasing the sense of well-being and belonging of the community

CCCC South West Headquarter

This new creative park is located in Chengdu Tianfu New City and is part of the urban design of Chengdu Xinglong Lake Science City.

KIFC Tower

Fanghua Apartment

The project is located in the high-tech zone of Xi’an City, Shanxi Province, with a design area of 70,000 square meters. The new scheme combines the horizontal alignment of the air conditioner equipment with the lights to make the night scene more concise.

YUWA Service Apartment

YUWA Hotel Renovation Project is located in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. The hotel’s 90 hotel rooms and 200 serviced apartments have been redesigned to remodel the entire building’s streamlines.

SANY Factory Conversion

The SANY factory conversion project is located in Xingsha Economic Development Zone, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is transformed from an old factory building into a multi-purpose exhibition hall, office and commercial space.

Shuiwei Foot Bridge

Landscape

The project is located on Fuqiang Road, the main road of Futian District, Shenzhen. It is surrounded by Huanggang Park and many schools and residential areas. The design uses a standardized design of steel components that can be produced at the factory to better control the quality of the project.

Wuhan Riverside Avenue

The project is located along Yanjiang Avenue in Wuhan, with an overall land area of 93 hectares. The Yanjiang Avenue has a history of 150 years.

Xinchuan Technology Park

The project is located at the northeast corner of Chengdu Xinchuan Industrial Park and is the gateway to the park. The nearby road is flat, and the base center retains the original mountain, which is a rare landscaping condition.

East Lake Green Belt

The design of the East Lake Greenway Landscape City won the “2016 UN Human Settlements Environment Demonstration Project”, which is located in Wuhan.

Hefei Central City Phase III

The third phase of YuZhou Central Town Complex Ⅲ Phase is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Logistics Avenue and Xiaocheng Road in Hefei New Station District.

CEEC Exhibition Hall

Culture

The project is located on the 10th floor of China International Consumer Electronics Show and Exchange Center (CEEC).

Qionghai Sport & Culture Center

The project is located in Qionghai City, Hainan Province. The project area includes cultural and sports centers, schools (primary schools and sports schools) and commercial facilities.

Times Dongguan Residential

The Hengli high-rise residential project is located in Hengli Town, Dongguan City. The project is designed by means of modular prefabrication.

Shamao Regeneration Masterplan

The project is located in Hannan District of Wuhan City. The land is a characteristic area for the transformation of the old city.

Sunshine Coast Complex

The Sunshine Coast project is located in the Sanya Bay area of China, close to the Luhuitou Scenic Area, with mountains on three sides, facing the sea on the west, and close to the city center.

CGN Headquarter

The CGN headquarters building is located in Futian District, Shenzhen. It is the gateway to Shennan Avenue from the east to the west and enters the central area of Shenzhen CBD.

CCCC Headquarter

The office building of the Fourth Aviation Institute Headquarters is located in Guangzhou, China. It faces the Pearl River to the south and has a good landscape on the south side.

TImes Future City
