The third phase of YuZhou Central Town Complex Ⅲ Phase is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Logistics Avenue and Xiaocheng Road in Hefei New Station District. Our master plan for YuZhou Central City focuses on creating a dynamic business and residential community that integrates tourism, home, dining and entertainment. The location of the centralized business is 300 meters from the subway station. We built a park directly along the northern green belt of the subway station to connect them together. The concentrated commercial streamline is Y-shaped, which is connected to the three main outlets. Create a large plaza, design a sky garden, attract more people, and build a movie park, urban farms, bars and other places that focus on green and environmental protection, such as sun panels and electric energy, to make it more attractive. At the same time, the centralized commercial façade uses wood-colored horizontal sun visors to provide a good shade and reduce air conditioning energy consumption.
Let this project become the core cultural landmark of the economic sector, the cultural and leisure destination, the dynamic commercial and residential community, and the creation of an organic whole，this is the core of our design concept. At the same time, combined with the first-class environmentally-friendly sustainable design, we strive to make it a place that is both passionate and attractive.
