Architect
Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the preliminary research, program design, expansion design, construction drawing, etc. of various projects.
2. Assist the design team to complete the in-depth design of the project, give project team guidance and technical support

9. Prepare product information and construction instructions with consultants and suppliers
11. Develop a work plan for each project team member and check the team member’s daily work completion to ensure that the team has the quality to complete the work plan objectives on time; maximize work efficiency and find effective working methods; assist senior project managers to manage the project team on a daily basis. And report to the senior project manager through progress;
12. Participate in daily work meetings with local design institutes, consultants and suppliers, and be responsible for daily communication with consultants and suppliers. Usually, each project should have a regular meeting once a week.
13. Review drawings and comments from local design institutes, consultants and suppliers, and prepare for final review to senior project managers
14. Participate in the review of daily worksites and materials samples, usually once a month for each project, fill in the site inspection report within 48 hours and submit it to the senior design manager for review.
15. Ensure that communication with the outside world, such as emails, is copied to the senior project manager to ensure that the senior project manager fully understands the full information of the project; quickly read the email and respond, actively participate in internal communication and communication to understand the progress of the project.

Job Requirements:
